  • Gary Solomon, Jr.

Gary Solomon, Jr.

Gary Solomon Jr. is the Co-Founder and President of Solomon Group, a Live Events and Exhibits firm based in New Orleans.  Passionate about growth and building a world-class organization to bring stories to life for the next generation of Live Event and Exhibit leaders, Gary focuses on strategic initiatives for the company that have resulted in the group’s tremendous national success.

Gary has helmed some of the country’s most innovative live events, including the College Football Playoff Halftime Show on ESPN, Essence Festival, and the Emmy® nominated broadcast environments for CBS’s coverage of Super Bowl XLVII.  Client successes range from events for nearly every major sports league, to corporate events, music festivals, and live broadcasts.

Exhibits he is proud of include several at The National WWII Museum (ranked #2 Museum in the world on TripAdvisor), George Washington’s Mount Vernon, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience, and the Soldiers Memorial Museum in St. Louis, MO.

The 32-year-old business owner has grown the company from five employees to a staff of nearly 200 in just a decade.  Solomon Group has design offices in the New Orleans Arts District, a massive fabrication and production facility, a multi-million dollar equipment inventory, and a reputation as one of the go-to, production resources for events and exhibits across the country.

Gary serves as Consulting Producer for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, and also co-developed the restoration of the historic Civic Theatre.

Gary serves as the Co-Chair of the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, which educates, supports and advances the global spirits industry and is recognized as a leading education platform for bartenders and spirits professionals around the world.

He was named to Inc. Magazine’s prestigious “30 Under 30: World’s Coolest Young Entrepreneurs” list, and has been featured in The Atlantic, SUCCESS Magazine, Forbes, the New York Times and USA Today.
